Ogochukwu “Ogochukwu “Ọgọọ” Oye hails from Awka South in Anambra State. She was born into a family of music lovers and  has been singing since the age of five.

She started music seriously from the age of 14 when she joined her church choir. She  was a contestant on “star the winner is”.

Olowo orimi is her cover version of Timi dakolo ‘s Iyawo mi. She cites him as one of her favorite Nigerian singers because he is a talented singer who stuck to his roots, which is what she plans to adopt. She decided to do this song because it appeals to her lyrically and melodically as every one has been in love before.
